1. Lessons are to be taken on a designated day as mutually agreed between teacher and parent/guardian or

make the checks payable to "Piano Music Studio". A $26.00 fee will be charged with N.S.F. Student will be
withdrawn from class if two N.S.F. checks are received over a 10-month period.

and is punctual. Time lost because of a student’s lateness cannot be made up. Missed lesson for any reason
are not promised to be made up. There is no reimbursement for missed lessons. Group theory lessons that the
student misses will not be make up and will not be refunded.

students require more lessons to complete their grades, it depends on their aptitude and diligence as well as their
progress. Please notify the teacher in advance if you will be taking vacations during the school year. In this case
or any interference with other school events or programs make up lessons will be limited to a
maximum two lessons per student per year.
